It should be a simple matter for statisticians to compare turnout and voting patters in the jurisdictions with each type of voting, to see if touch screens have an inexplicable drop in Republican turnout, for instance.

Problem is that there is no known honest baseline. Dems have been committing voter fraud for a long time. Just infinitely worse this time.
