While the FBI had at that point already been investigating for months, Carney said "protocols" at the agency apparently kept them from notifying Congress and other agencies in the Executive Branch . . . "It is simply a fact that the White House was not aware of the situation regarding General Petraeus until Wednesday and the situation regarding General Allen until Friday," Carney said. If true, that's another reason why the communist in our White House should be impeached. A White House that permits an investigation of the CIA director (over an issue that could lead to blackmail) to take place without informing the Attorney General and the "Commander"-in-Chief is not competent to safeguard our security. If not, it's yet more proof that we are being ruled by compulsive liars who will say and do anything to retain power over us.

An excellent point, which should be raised by journalist as a question to Jay Carney and/or Obozo. Oh, wait. Never mind. America no longer has journalists.

Yet Eric Cantor, the House majority leader, knew months ago? No, they knew.
