He is saying we need to put more focus/more ground work in minority neighborhoods of the Latinos and AA in our party because it does look like the white boys party. Even I feel that way..We need to modern ourselves and find new younger people for out front like Palin and Rubio -we need new blood. as long as you kick and scream, throw off on people every day...we are going to have problems of losing. GW Bush is almost toxic due to the way in which the media has done things (and he caused some of the blame to be there) Newt has to be wondering what went wrong.
