Even if you did go back and verify 2008 levels, and they were similar, with very low votes for McCain, they could’ve (probably) cheated back then also. It just seems improbable for stats like that to happen,then or now! Someone SHOULD investigate, try to find any people that voted for Romney, in those districts, and get written statements for evidence.

I’d like to see the same precincts with the 2008 results as a comparison.

So, there was one conservative hiding in those precincts, and he figured his vote didn’t matter, or on principle, he decided he was going to vote for Virgil, the true conservative.
There were people who decided they couldn’t vote for Obama, but in no way were they willing to help Romney get elected, because of the “Republican” name, so they voted for Johnson, or Virgil, or one of the other candidates.
Overall, those candidates got very few votes, not like Nader in 2000.
Just pick a few zero vote precincts and advertise to see if anyone voted for Romney. They’ll publicly admit it just like they do when a murder is committed.
Better just to compare each of these precincts to McCain ‘08 votes.
Most Democrat voters don’t own property. They rent, live on the streets or half-way houses.
