As I have repeatedly said for many years, Republicans HOPE people are smart, but Democrats KNOW people are stupid.
2008 - Ignorance won the day.
2012 - Stupidity overwhelmed Ignorance.
About the only republican that could win the presidency today is Dennis Miller.
He is hip, cool, quick, does great on late night shows, kinda looks Hispanic, and can jive talk.
Does he know anything about running a government? Does it matter? Since when is that a qualification in these times?
Our biggest problem is we expect competence on our side. The other side doesn’t care - just expects to be taken care of.
