So I understand there is a cost to have all the votes recounted if Allen West demands it. What is that cost? Can the votes that were certified in this sham be re-certified separately to ascertain if the count was “incorrect”? Can Allen demand the count be done in view of his team and/or 3rd party? I think this would be a very good use for that UN inspection team.
