This was the odd piece to make ObamaCare work. You had to put in specified hours. If they had put 36 hours, then employers would have cut everyone to 35 hour weeks. If they had said 20 hours, then employers would have cut everyone to 19 hour weeks.

By 2014, we will have to devise an entirely new way to view employment and unemployment. If you have a job and it works only thirty hours a week....then you are under-employed.

This all brings me to the concept of too many cooks in the kitchen and brewing up a perfect batch of soup that can’t be perfect in nature.

Right. The unspoken way obiescare would assist employment was that it makes employers hire more part-time employees as a method of avoiding obiescare. Damn the less efficient use of employees, this was an exercise in fundamental transformation of America. Part time work is the new normal.
