No, the House votes to impeach. The senate would try him for removal, with scotus chief justice presiding. It’s what happened to Clinton.

I understand how it works. I would be quite surprised to see the dem senate actually remove him. If we win control of the senate in two years, then he might be sent packing. -depressing-
