I'm at Anderson, Knox, Union, county lines. Yea I was asleep and thought someone was breaking in. Grabbed Old Maggie and went to investigate. Dogs were very upset. Got outside and saw nothing. Nephew in Knoxville texted me and asked if I felt it. FED EX came up ten minutes later and I figured they had came up and realized they missed a drop or something and came back.

It was centered Southeast of Hazard, KY and Northwest of Big Stone Gap, VA. Closer to Hazard looks like on the map.
