Not to say God will never bless us again. But I do not see how it can happen now, until and unless there is a moment of national repentance unlike anything this nation has ever seen. Our sin is great and our repentance must rise to meet it, a tsunami of sorrow before God, rising from the broken hearts of the people of God. May God grant us that repentance.
Our problem, SR, is that without a Holy Spirit-driven REAL revival, there will be no such tsunami.
I've seen no evidence that there is any groundswell of repentence, or even acknowledgment that the people of this nation are ready to take responsibility for their sinful lives.

I've seen no evidence that there is any groundswell of repentence I cannot disagree with anything you have said. I would only remind you of how completely dead Lazarus was before he was called forth, and rose again. In a day, in a moment, it can happen. Such is the power of God.
