Unfortunately many conservatives saw this coming, starting with Mike Savage.
The Romney advisers avoided Michael and his sage advice.
I cannot say that made a difference. I was shocked and stunned by the loss, but not totally surprised.
The usual allegations of fraud in the inner cities (Philadelphia with 99% turnout?), and too many Romney supporters staying home, were problems.
Quite frankly, I smelled defeat coming when they were making wild claims about winning states like MN and PA. I knew that was BS. Its the wild, semi-delusional crap you hear from people who know they are losing and losing badly.
From what I’ve read, Romney did not invest sufficiently in a ground game in the Battleground states. Obama did. It could well be that some of those folks the Obama campaign got to the polls, voted multiple times, but they turned ‘em out.
What did Savage say, olezip?
The Romney advisers avoided Michael and his sage advice.
That's a laugh. Savage was the one who advised that we nominate Romney in the primary. I'm tired of these phonies like Savage and Coulter who worked tirelessly to get us into this mess now washing their hands of any responsibility. They "savaged" Newt Gingrich, the guy who had the best shot of winning this race. Remember Savage offering a million dollars for Newt to drop out?
