VA has Med Services for those with disability only, but you can see a Philippine Doctor for about $10!
That’s an ideal place for me because I love going to Koh Samui, Island, Thailand, I also LOVE the coffee in Saigon and I want to visit Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam which is across the water from Koh Samui.
