Would God expect me to live as a slave or die fighting for what is morally right. Would it be acceptable to God if I compromised my principals and surrendered to evil? Would that even be life? Or would it be a living death as in hell? (just to be completely truthful, I’m not Christian but I am a highly moral person who believes in individual freedom and responsibility)
Also I’m of the firm belief that it is better to give up than give in to evil. It is truly unfortunate that these are choices that we and our children may be forced to make within our lifetimes.
How would I know what God expects? I do know that whenever anyone talks about suicide here on FR, they say that isn’t what God wants and the person will go to hell for it.
Are you really going to teach your children that you believe suicide is ok? How do you think they will feel if that’s what you or their mother did?
