Good on ya.

The overriding issue of course is the FED. Will the State of CO be able to tell the FED to stop the WOW in CO? CA went the medical route and has shown no ability or desire to stop the Federal WOW. So Federal raids on legitimate CA business has been the result, and will surely harm incentive to grow and distribute what in state might be legal, but for Federal law.

Colorado already went the medical marijuana route several years ago, and the Feds still bust people from time to time and have made it clear that medical marijuana is still illegal marijuana. This vote isn’t going to change how the Feds operate in CO, just that police won’t be arresting people here.

What is funny is that it was sold as a tax it and remove money from the cartels initiative. But, if anyone gets the initiative to grow enough pot to support users similar to alcohol, the Feds will move right in and put them out of business. So, how is that tax collection and hurting the cartels working out for you now?
