Well, this is how the good Lord will let the consequences of political acts (this was not even an election) rain down until the people are either swept away or they come back to their senses.
We wonder how a great country like Russia under the tsars could have ever fallen for such B.S. as communism. Now we can see it happening here. The obscene finger is out towards greater America, and let us not be surprised if all said America can think to do is suck that finger.
