Yes—but they will be up enough electorally that several of the close states will need to flip. NC is the only state R is winning that is close—within 2—the second closest in his column is Georgia, where he is up 8. Of the 11 closest states, NC is the only one that is presently for R.
Close is, I think, so close that state mandated recounts are taking place. I do not think this closeness was a coincidence. I think it was engineered.
