The Rev. Joseph Lowerys proclamation that all white people are hell-bound apparently isnt controversial enough for President Barack Obama to distance himself from the faith leader. Just days after the Monroe County Reporter highlighted the 91-year-old preachers alleged race-based proclamation (one that the preacher has since dismissed as a mere joke), Lowery will reportedly spend time with the Obama family on election night.
The Georgia Tipsheet has more the civil rights leaders election-night plans:
the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Tuesday morning that Lowery, who was among the presidents earliest supporters in the state and delivered the benediction at his 2009 inauguration, would be at the Obama campaigns election night party in Chicago. A campaign spokeswoman did not respond to a request for confirmation by Tipsheet, however.
Lowery has since clarified that his remarks were intended as a jokeone, he said, hes told a million times previouslyeven as the small-town journalist who first reported them denies that characterization.

Correction- this story comes from ‘The Blaze’
That the Obamas sat for years in Wright’s Wracist “church” should have been proof enough four years ago.
That another Wracist like Lowery will be there is only further proof of double standards and bigotry in the Obama family and Administration
Along with a pandering, cowardly media
Good. He can listen to himself echo off the walls.
I wouldn’t let this worry me.
Anyone who doesn’t know Obama is a racist bigot by now hasn’t been paying attention.
He will need someone around when he loses, someone who can tell him the only reason he lost is because white people are racist.
“Hope and Change” officially replaced by “Hate and Chains”
” The Rev. Joseph Lowerys proclamation that all white people are hell-bound “
And there really ARE 72 virgins.......
I’d like to see a white man make a “joke” like that and then get invited to a party with the President. But Hussein says we have to “respect” the “prophet”. The left is evil, pure evil.
The real Obama’s coming out tonight, win or lose.
It’s one thing to make a claim about who goes to hell and who doesn’t based on scripture. It’s another thing entirely to appoint yourself the arbeiter of who goes and who doesn’t in a way that is not in accordance with scripture.
The latter, implies that you don’t fear the real Judge (God) of the matter. And that lack of fear implies a complete lack of belief in God.
Jesus said, “No man goes to the father except through me.” So it’s appropriate to say non-Christians are going to Hell.
Sounds like it’s the Rev. who will be in hell tonight.
I have concerns about violence in Chicago at McCormick place tpnight, but it is only a hunch/feeling.
I hope the Rev likes his white neighbors in Hell.
So 0 hangs around with White-haters. No surprise there.
It would be even worse that the people he chooses to hang out with, think it's funny enough that he keeps telling it.
Good -- he can preach the funeral eulogy!
Average Joe Voter ignored this in 2008. If he ignores it again this year it will mean disastrous results for the country.
MAKE THAT ELECTION NIGHT LOSS-PARTY!
