It is being reported that Democratic Party operatives are evicting court-appointed Republican poll watchers from polling places in Philadelphia. Specifically, this reportedly has happened in Ward 32, Div 13; Ward 43, Div 14; Ward 56, Div 1; Ward 56, Div 22; Ward 32, Div 28; Ward 32, Div 28; Ward 12, Div 17; Ward 39, Div 1; Ward 24, Div 9; Ward 18, Div 25; Ward 43, Div 14; Ward 29, Div 18; Ward 65, Div 19; Ward 20, Div 1; and Ward 6, Div 11. The idea is to kick out the Republicans, then stuff the box with ballots marked for Obama. This is how some of these precincts have achieved 99 to 100% turnout in past elections.
The story is, as they say, developing
UPDATE: The New Black Panthers are out, too, guarding the same voting location where they were criminally prosecuted for voter intimidation in 2008.

If the Democrats ignore the order it will create problems for them they really don’t want. Their actions have already been noticed nationwide. And if there is a Deputy Sheriff on scene with orders to enforce the order, persons who refuse can be arrested on the spot. Persons who resist or assault can be charged with a felony. And the judge can request help from the Governor and point that the people are having their civil rights violated, federally and on a state level. A coordinated effort to cause problems at the polls can be subject to federal and state grand jury indictments. Of course, none of these things may occur, but I would not want to be someone in the eye of a civil rights investigation, and if I were an official at these precincts, I would “stand down.”

Judge issuing order to reinstate booted Philadelphia election officials, Republicans say
A Pennsylvania judge is issuing an order to reinstate Republican election officials across Philadelphia who allegedly were ejected or refused entry by on-site Democratic voting chief judges, GOP officials tell Fox News.
One Republican official claimed that "just under 70" Republican election officials were blocked from Philadelphia polling sites Tuesday morning by Democrats on site. One of them, the official claimed, "was shoved out of the polling place."
"For this many inspectors to be ejected from polling places is rare, even for Philadelphia," the official told FoxNews.com.
Elsewhere in the city, a representative from the New Black Panther Party was also spotted outside a polling site. The New Black Panthers stirred controversy in 2008 when members appeared outside a polling site, one of them holding a billy club. The representative seen Tuesday morning was not armed.
The flap over the election judges, though, was widespread. Republicans claim they are obtaining a series of court orders to seat the so-called election "inspectors," and sheriff's deputies will be available to escort them.
Despite the high number of officials who were allegedly booted, the dispute itself is not uncommon for Philadelphia. Fred Voigt, legal counsel for the city commissioners, said these kinds of face-offs happen "with regularity" in the City of Brotherly Love.
"It happens all the time," Voigt said. He said court-appointed Republican officials typically show up on Election Day and end up squaring off against stand-in officials at the polling sites filling in the open seats. Part of the problem, he said, is that the Republican inspectors are appointed on relatively short notice, leading to a string of confrontations on Election Day.
"There are no cool heads here," Voigt said.
The on-site election officials are responsible for verifying the identity of voters, and monitoring for signs of fraud or disenfranchisement.

Anecdotal report from the front lines in Pennsylvania:
I live in Lycoming County. We typically vote 60%-70% Republican reliably.
I arrived at my polling place at 6:40am hoping to be #1 to vote against Obama. I found a line of 20 people already waiting!
By the time I voted, the line behind was at least 30-40 deep!
Our team is coming out!
Now, I made some visits to customers and ended up in Philadelphia at noon. I drove past 3 polling places. No lines, no waiting.
I stopped at an Italian barber in the northeast part of the city that is near totally Democrat. The barber shop is directly across the street from a polling place.
In the 30 minutes I waited and then received my haircut, I counted no more than 30 people going in and out of that polling place!
I am convinced that Dem turnout is light this cycle and we will carry the day!
