I keep hearing about this "vote fraud" in OH and I know Ken Blackwell wrote an article on it, but really the incidents are isolated and so far unimportant. I'd MUCH rather have a busload of Somalis than 27 Greyhounds full of inner city voters. We have armies of well trained poll watchers, have had people at election HQ all day, every day; have lawyers on call; and we protest any ballot immediately that is suspect. So far, on the ground, I haven't heard of many shenanigans.
Typically, if I remember right, the vote rolls in from Cleveland first, then kind of works its way down the state. In 2004, Hamilton was one of the later counties to come in, and that was red.
