I think she said Scott Garrett is her US Rep so that would put her in the 5th district and her hubby commutes to NYC for work so kinda narrows it down.

I had one of these back in the 70s, and used to carry it on the roof-rack of my '71 VW Squareback, to sail many of those northern NJ lakes; it's a lot of territory.
