I'm trying to remember the Clint Eastwood movie where he encounters the punk in the courthouse elevator who just got released on a technicality.
The elevator door closes and Officer Harry grabs the punk by the collar and says "Listen good, punk, because you are dogsh*t and there are only three things which can happen to dogsh*t. It can get stepped on and squashed. It can get scraped up and thrown in the trash. Or it can dry up and blow away. Which will it be with you?"
Harry Reid reminds me of that punk.

Which is it?
