Several thousand supporters of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney have already assembled inside the Products Pavilion at State Fair Park Friday morning, with thousands more lined up outside. The pavilion holds some 4,000 people and Romney organizers have lined up overflow space in another building. The Romney rally comes on the heels of polls that show a tight race in Wisconsin. President Barack Obama, who was in Ashwaubenon Thursday, is due to return to Wisconsin Saturday for a rally in Milwaukee and Monday for a rally in Madison. "We want to make sure we lock it in and it's definitely in our column," Obama surrogate Robert Gibbs said on CBS. "With three visits to the state in the final week of the election, it's clear the Obama campaign is worried about his growing Wisconsin problem," said Nicole Tieman, Wisconsin communications director for the Republican National Committee. "Three campaign stops to the state in the final week of the election don't reflect the actions of a confident President Obama." The program at this morning's Romney rally will include speeches by former governor Tommy Thompson, who is running for U.S. Senate, Gov. Scott Walker, Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch and U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson. Kleefisch and others have whipped up the crowd with chants of "Four More Days," marking the final stretch to Election Day. U.S. Rep. Tom Petri told the crowd, "this coming Tuesday, all across America, worried citizens will go to the polls. And they will ask themselves what can I do to get my country back on track?" "And they will answer, I can vote for leadership for a change, I can vote for Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan," he said.

No....you are right on the money!!! The Obama campaign rally numbers are terriable. The Biden numbers are even worse. Romney/Ryan win in a landslide victory!!!
Far better than Brett Farve! lol
Ding ding ding!
We have a winner!
Bart Starr is not only a beloved Packer, but a businessman and philanthropist.
I know I shouldn't listen to this b.s., but the Ras poll was the icing on the cake this morning to my friggin pessimism. Thanks for the encouragement I think I'll feel better today after listening to my "adopted conservative uncle" Rush Limbaugh. :P
Another reason for me to hate the Packers. lol
I know what you mean. I think it’s going to come down to the Dems’ ability to get out their base. The unions here in SE PA are pushing harder than I’ve ever seen them push. There are going to be a lot of union rank and file voting for Obama based on fear. I’m not tuned into what’s going on at the Black churches. If the Blacks stay home, which I’ve been predicting all along, Romney can still win this thing.
Have to say I am sickened by the air of panic and defeatism here today. If you are that upset, grab your blankie and curl up in your happy place until Tuesday. Quit emoting all over the freaking place about how concerned you are--it is revolting.
Thank God the majority of Americans are not hitting refresh every ten minutes to see what the latest poll says. I think the people attending these rallies are more representative of the electorate.
If it comes down to the Dems turnout, then they're really screwed because the enthusiasm just isn't there this year on the lefty side.
My wife and I went to the Romney Rally in VA Beach last night. It was originally scheduled for last Sunday but Sandy forced a cancellation. With only a days notice we filled the Amphitheater with between 10 abd 12 thousand folks! It was huge! The paper today is saying 6,000 but that’s only because obama only drew 6,000 earlier this month to the same venue. The place holds 20,000 and seats 12,000. There were only about 500 empty seats and maybe 1,00 to 1,500 standing. It was awesome!
Agree. And this seems to happen at every Romney rally consistently.
It was Bart Starr.
Sure seems that way from the outside looking in. I read an article yesterday about the Blacks in Petersburg, VA being more fired up about their man 0 than outward appearances suggest. I'm hoping it was liberal wishful thinking.
By Tuesday people without power should be good and p*ssed off. It would be fun to run around these areas with signs
begging people for Obama donations to cover his back....;-)
LoL.
Yes. I was one turned away from the main venue so I decided to go to work. That’s the first thing I noticed were the numerous young people in the crowd.
yes, I heard it, too. I just saw a tweet that 25,000 already there
