Maybe they didn’t notify the Counter-terrorism Security Group because it wasn’t an “act of terrorism” (as they, WH, State Dept., etc., were saying all along) but they knew for a fact that it was “A Nation/State sponsored attack”! The CSG is the one group that's supposed to know what resources every agency has. Okay. Can someone please tell me why the Department of Homeland Security was created, other than hysteria out of 9/11/01? I thought their mission was to coordinate all intel agencies info so as to eliminate security fiefdoms. That was the worse thing Bush signed into law. It should be eliminated, but of course, once a Fedgov department/agency/EO directive it is always so.
