Poorly chosen, Laz. I’m going to give you credit and assume that your intended message is more about the slogan, “Work will make you free” than a suggestion that we put these people in death camps.

My entire point was to put people to work in historical monuments (such as is the Nazi Death Camp in Auschwitz) as tour guides, sellers of tourist goods, commissary and food service vendors, etcetera.

I do agree it was poor humor although I took it as a joke myself, I have a very dark sense of humor myself. Still, it is a shame that the Nazis did pervert the phrase where "work makes you free." I mean if you work and make good enough wages, you are freer than somebody who is not. If you're able enough to have some left over after necessities, then you are free to spend your money on what you like.
Either that or if The Collapse comes, nature abhors a vacuum and there will be someone who comes along and take power and it will be up to the motives of that person/group. If the motives are bad, the local warlord/dictator/whatever would most likely try this as a solution, more often as a source of free/cheap labor at the expense of freedom, human history is full of this, sadly.
