Probably pick up some innocent Egyptian off the street, gave him a name and told him he’s going to “die”. Then they will stage a fake shootout and the “suspect” will pretend to die.
Mr. innocent Egyptian will just go back to selling lamb on the streets of Cairo tomorrow as if nothing have happened.
The Eygtians will then laugh at America for falling for this kabuki theather act.
They may even go as far as giving Obama the credit for literally jumping into the firefight and shooting the guy...just like how Obama convinced many mind-numbed Obama supporters how Obama stormed the compound with the Navy seals and pulled trigger on while Osama Bin Laden was watching tv.
