We can look at how we deal with the healthcare costs, in particular under Medicare and Medicaid in a serious way. But we are going to also need some revenue.”
He doesn’t use the word “taxes,” natch, opting instead for the now-familiar platitudes of “balance” and “revenues” — but his message is unmistakable. If the president wins re-election, he believes he’ll have the winds of public opinion at his back to hike taxes on nearly a million small businesses, resulting in an estimated loss of 700,000 American jobs. Just what the doctor ordered for this economy, yes sir. He also mentions in passing that perhaps he’ll “look at” entitlement fixes in a second term. A sense of what that plan might might look like certainly would be helpful to voters. Alas, those details didn’t make the glossy brochure.
This grand 0bama plan shows just how stupid democrats really are. They think raising tax RATES results in more tax REVENUE. It does not. Raising tax RATES usually results in LESS total tax revenue because the rich are not static thinkers like the democrats are.
If an evil rich person reported $1 Million in taxable income in 2011 the democrats think they will report $1 Million in 2012 when higher tax RATES are known to be in effect. Those evil rich people are so evil they will deliberately EARN and report less than $1 Million because their income is of the type that allows deferrals, credits, or deductions that will reduce their taxable income.
I have 40 years of tax return experience and have seen this too many times to ignore it. Just look what our current Treasury Secretary, over half of Obama’s cabinet, and Charley Rangel do on their tax returns: They Cheat. That’s why higher tax RATES won’t work.
I would say a win merely puts the next amazing situation...the sequestration...into the hands of the White House. They can’t negotiate with the Republican House...so the sequestration will automatically happen on 2 January. Everyone will stand in shock as this develops, and it’s a drastic turn on the economy for the next four years.
Work with the Republican House? Hahaha. No, Zero will let it happen as it was indeed his idea. He also knows what it will do to the economy. But this is just one of many things that are going to hit Jan 1. If he steals the election The USA will not survive. That has already been baked in the cake my friend.
No matter how many of you give up, this nation WILL survive.
Either be willing to fight for our Great Country or move out of the way.
