Intermediate advisory (4pm EDT) sez WNW track at 28mph. Puts the center of circulation at the coast by roughly 6pm local time...probably ramming right up Delaware Bay. Worst storm surge on the NJ coast (
all of it,
plus all of E. Delaware) will therefore occur from now plus another 5-6 hours. If it does come in at the Bay, then inland flooding on the upper DelMarVa might be incredible... and then on into Baltimore on the other side.
God help those in harms' way.

I can’t find anything at those links showing the crane.
I tried googling it up but only got old news of previous crane collapses.
Is there anything more on that?

North Central CT report. By noon the breeze started to pick up. As of 4:45 it is a steady wind, small branches down. Seems to be scatted outages. I would say winds steady at 15-20, with gusts to 30-40. Approx .5 in of rain so far.
