CAT1? My ‘first’ was CAT4 Audrey in ‘57 living in south La. Now today in metro areas, its BIG news if the electricity is out for a while and they can’t watch their real-life drama TV shows.
Not to minimize the danger of any high winded storm, but the HYPE on a CAT1 is what is revealing to what is defined as ‘hardship’.
