Why?

Because he is a coarse, nasty, and vulgar individual. He is not particularly intelligent or well-educated; he reveals this almost every time he does not use a teleprompter. He was not raised to be anything more than a whiney slacker who never would have gone anywhere if not for affirmative action. Certainly he was not trained to have manners.

Someone convinced BHO at a tender age that he was Special, better than most everyone else, and that he could behave as badly as he pleased...and to make it all worse, he hung out with the crude, the vulgar, the shallow...he is predictably without class or taste.
