When I go to vote at my local voting station and if I see anything that doesn't look right I'm planning on taking pictures. Pictures of vans, license plates, people (as long as they are on public grounds), and note pertinent info like time of day/place and activities observed. Then I'll make sure to send this out to media, elections officials etc.

There is no reason to sit idly by and passively let an election become compromised.
