It's not just the pants that are different in that image. There are additional wounds visible (above left eye)and a lot more blood soaked into his hair . If Stevens was transported to the local ER for treatment, why the hole in his forehead above his left eye near bridge of nose? Why is his head saturated with blood? What are the blood stains on his abdomen from?
None of this was visible in the first photo.

IN OTHER WORDS, YOU’RE LOOKING AT A COMPOSITE PHOTO OF 2 COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PEOPLE.
AFTER GADDAFI WAS KILLED, THEY HAD HIM LAYING ON THAT YELLOW MAT AWHILE, THEN THEY STUCK HIM IN A WALK-IN FREEZER AT SOME BUTCHER SHOP SO THE LOCALS COULD POSE FOR PICTURES WITH HIS BODY.
