He lives in a high-rise: 46th floor of Lake Point Tower overlooking Lake Michigan in Chicago. Being very familiar with the Chicago Housing Authority I recognize Lake Point Tower as one of its less appealing complexes.I didn't realize that working in the Oval Office paid so poorly.
