However, I was speaking merely about the wave of outrage that is sweeping the nation. It will grow daily.
Watergate had a six month hiatus before anything started happening so this incident is more immediate.
It is also being propelled by strategic and timely leaks of intelligence so there are still some patriotic elements within the bureaucracies.
