I just do not get this elongated voting, we do now.
On election day polls are opened twelve hours, by law you must be allowed to vote without penalty, if you are unable to vote (whatever reason) you can vote by absently ballot if you request the ballot.

I personally know of too many liberals who are only voting because its becoming easier. If they had to actually get up and go out to vote on a specific day they likely wouldn’t vote at all.

Early voting should be stopped in all states. The first job of congress must be to restore the integrity of our voting process. It is the first imperative.

I have never understood it either. When I began voting many, many years ago, everybody voted on the 1st Tuesday of November, in person, unless you were in the military or in the hospital. All voting took place in your local school or church and any place that sold liquor had to stay closed until after the polls closed. If you were over 18 it was just something you and everybody else over 18 did that day.

Schools no longer teach the meaning of freedom and what it cost our forefathers. As a result, many of the people voting are very ill informed. Others complain about how our country is run but they don’t take advantage of the opportunity to express their opinion through the ballot box.

Voting is one of the most important things we can do as an individual. One of my friends who ran for a local school board position lost her last election to a very liberal opponent by ONE vote. Two people living across the street from my friend didn’t vote because they thought her election was a sure thing. Every vote counts.

Unless, of course, you’re overseas military defending the country. I hate these people more than I can say
