Axelrod’s (and anyone that doesn’t think that he is behind this doesn’t know his history) and Allred’s idea, presumably, is to tap into the anger of any divorced woman that feels like she got screwed by “the system”. I would think Obama would already have the market cornered on the angry female vote, but perhaps not . . . .
Anyone who has been divorced has been screwed by "the system". The lawyers and judges are the ones who get money out of their system. The judges (don't forget that they are lawyers too) get their kickbacks by letting things drag on and on so the lawyers can bleed both side dry.
