Romney should talk/answer slower, don’t talk too fast because it’s easy to make mistake when one talks too fast.
The sudden “we’re negotiating with Iran to stop nuke development” agreement announced today should be on the topic.
Agree with your analysis completely. Romney should shy away from any answer and respond by almost taking the 5th...that any comment or opinion could potentially threaten the security of the nation. Like you mentioned..act presidential and stay above the fray.
lets see how many minutes until Bambi says “Well Much Of This Started Under The Bush Administration”.
He should tell the jug-eared messiah that we shouldn’t worry so much about being LIKED abroad and get back to being RESPECTED abroad.
I don’t care what is said. The election will be a blowout win by Romney. Romney could hump a goat on stage live during the debate and I’d still vote against our lousy commie in chief. (It greatly saddens me to read the previous words, as it tells me just how far we have fallen indeed, and how bad of a choice many Americans make.)
Every time BO says “Under The Bush Administration”, take a drink.
Obama will claim Romney is jeopardizing national security when he brings up Benghazi.
And in your own words, "You didn't build that, somebody else did." Navy SEALs killed Bin Laden, and it's time you stop using their accomplishment as your campaign slogan.
Romney should say;
Mr. President, please tell the American people EXACTLY what you meant, when back in March you said to Mr. Putin “This is my last election ... After my election I have more flexibility,”
Just tell the truth. Democrats, “Can’t deal with the Truth”!,Most real Americans can.
I hope Romney comes up with the biggest kick-ass “October surprise” ever known to mankind. I want to see on Hussein’s face the same look as on Clinton’s when asked about the cigar. That’s what I’d like to see. (I can dream, can’t I?)
Romeny performs very well, but media says 0bama wins, show his “foreign policy expertise” and “schools Romney.”
“Talk about the economy. Most people care about that and not foreign policy.”
As much as the debate allows this. However, whenever possible Romney should tie a strong military to a strong economy. To complete with China requires a strong military...especially the Navy.
Emphasize China is a real threat both economically and militarily. Emphasize that a Romney administration will have NO PART in helping/aiding/allying with any Islamic country that allows Sharia law to dominate. Romney should create a “Romney Policy” that states whenever the U.S. becomes involved in mideastern affairs for U.S. interests, it will NEVER allow Sharia or an Islamic State to be established where American blood is shed to secure peace. He should clearly state that Iraq and ultimately Afghanistan are failures because we did not ensure “freedom of religion” before we pulled out. Only a religiously free society, not dominated by Sharia(radical) Islam, is going to be peaceful and secure...it is the only time we should commit troops....and should be a final goal after committing troops. The free exercise of one’s personal religious (or atheistic) beliefs is a cornerstone of peace. Islamic theocracies are inherently dangerous and to be eliminated.
Yup...Romney shouldn’t fall for it. Make it all about the final 2 minute closing argument. That’s all most people remember.
The secret of good debate tactics...
If you tell the truth you need not remember your lies..
Obama has much to remember..
He should also point out that all the people in the Middle East were chanting “We are all Osama”.
Then he should say “You should have told the American people Bin Laden is dead then shut up. Instead, made it political when you bragged about it. You’re still bragging about it.”
Romney needs to say 4 things, and keep harping on them:
1) I will always support our allies, and always oppose our adversaries;
2) I will never bow down to ANY foreign leader - the President of the United States only bows to God;
3) I will never tell a foreign leader that I will be more flexible after my next election; and
4) I will never lie to the American people regarding terrorist actions against us, especially for political purposes.
Yeah, you can dream. I’ll dream it with you.
