The format calls for six 15-minute segments, each devoted to one international topic. Mr. Schieffer himself got to pick these subjects, and they are as follows:
Americas role in the world.
Our longest war Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Red lines Israel and Iran.
The changing Middle East and the new face of terrorism, Part 1.
The changing Middle East and the new face of terrorism, Part 2.
The rise of China and tomorrows world.
Schieffer is supposed to open each segment with a question and then allow two minutes apiece for the candidates to respond. After this, hes supposed to use the balance of the 15-minute segment to facilitate a discussion on the topic, according to the Commission on Presidential Debates.

"as there are Donald Trump's Big Announcement threads?" I read it will be on Wednesday and he seems particularly delighted to have something great.
I read he was going to drop it during the Republican Convention but he got cut with some others because the storm forced convention to delay by one day, so some got cut because of time restraints.

Tried, From what was in the post, the servers are running fine. Since the issue seems to be slow or no response, from my experience and the information provided there is an issue within the network. Sources said that they think the issue is with some configuration file within the server, not a network issue (I assume the guy who is administrates the network said this, as only a network admin would say it is not the network). They have been working on their theory since about/before the second debate with no luck. Can’t wait to hear when they fix the problem what the actual cause was.

All I know is when there is a debate, I can never get in here, I go to Hot Air and I can follow what is happening.

I agree its not the network...thats why they cant find anything. Someone is poisoning the packets of page loads and posts...the back and forth traffic, imho. We are being “jammed.”

It is sporadic. Some times it is really fast. Some times it takes a while to load.

Is this a hacking term?
To: Tunehead54
Because all seems "normal" in terms of server load I suspect some kind of a hack - conspiracy theories are welcome! ;-)
During the last thread another Freeper did a trace route. The problem seemed to be a hangup in Chicago. I have my network utility up and will be watching closely tonight. I do not think it has anything to do with FR, since other debate discussion sites seemed to be hit including twitter.

Exactly. The entire FR site is during the debates and not just one thread. Just do a traceroute to FR (209.157.64.200) during the debates to see where the hang is. I will be tonight.
