WISN 12 News has learned that a mass shooting has taken place near the Brookfield Square Mall.

WISN 12 News has been told that this is a "mass casualty" situation and that the scene is not secured.

FOX6 just confirmed it. He had shot himself inside the salon, but never found his body earlier because of the explosive device.

Hospitals no longer on lock down.

In fact, they took the child who was suffering from brain cancer out by ambulance for her “date” with Justin Bieber. This child is not related to this incident in any way — just restrained from meeting her “hero”, Justin.

I thought it was silly for the news media to make such a fuss about Justin Bieber at such a grave time.

Someone posted this link on the first page of comments. Read the description in the transcript and look at the photo that accompanies it. It's too funny. They have a picture of the very Black man and then say that he is not African American. I guess, he's just a Black American. I can agree with that. Today TSMJ4

It would be very nice for her children and family. God bless the three that are dead. What a pathetic man to kill others because of his misery. He should gotten help or just killed himself if he was that miserable.

Report from hospital:

4 female victims. Non life threatening injuries. 2 underwent surgery earlier today. 2 are undergoing surgery now.

Shooter died this morning, but police were unable to get into salon because of IED device.
