You completely missed my point but I guess that's my fault because I didn't explain myself. I just thought everyone would know what I was talking about without my having to explain.

The Republican party was founded by both black and white Americans. Blacks and whites working together as equals. So there is nothing wrong with my hoping to see the day come that we vote in our first black Republican president.
