To me, this is one aspect of the entire Benghazi situation that has gotten very little attention so far. The battle raged for 8 hours, but no effort was made to send help to the embattled consulate. Why? This is something that Romney needs to ask Obama point blank during Monday's debate. He need to hammer this point home.
Once a Muslim always a Muslim. His whole ME foreign policy is tilted toward facilitation of radical dominance.
He's not a closet Muslim. He's out in the open with his actions and the only thing missing is a prayer rug with the Presidential Seal.
It's over for Zero. He should be in jail.
James Rosen and Bret Baier rock. I wish they could have teamed up with A Watergate-like exposé that would have registered an 8.2 on the Richter Scale.
I am yelling yes, yes, yes to your reply!
A six hour siege broadcast live on state dept net .. Might be on video tape as well. The CIA men weren’t even supposed to be there. How will Obama ever restore the Blind Shiek to the Egyptian brothers?
By now, Chris Stevens & Ron Brown are comparing notes on the dangers of working for any administration that includes a Clinton or an Obama.
I would argue negligence. Pure and simple.
The administration was drifting, leaderless, rudderless. There was no concern for reality. Reality would take care of its self. The total mental and physical effort of the top echelon was the campaign.
It was far more important to find and seize any possible Romney utterance than it was to react to the distraction of a threat in Libya. There are threats every where, all the time.
The campaign is here and now.
I on the other hand will be completely surprised if it wasn’t set up by Hillary and the WH.
BUMP! BUMP!
Who were these cables specifically addressed to at the state department and what did this person do with the communications?
People should be prosecuted and sent to prison. If not executed. But I won’t hold my breath even if Romney wins and the GOP takes the senate.
