I tried to find Charlene Lamb’s background but could not.

What are her qualifications to be making these calls?

I know she has the position, but what did she do before she came into this position?

She testified that she had been in the security field for 35 years. I don’t recall who she said her employers were so I don’t know if it was all for the FedGov.
