Look at the arm not being held up by the guy in the crowd. The muscles are being use. He is alive. It takes hours before rigor mortis sets in. Besides his body is flopping around not suck in one position in the other pictures...no rigor.

I saw this picture the first day it was released and said something about that arm on Freerepublic that day, and not thinking him dead in that picture because of the muscle use. I did not realize they were talking about the same picture.

the arm is in the same position in both images...maybe I am seeing what I want to see because at least if he's already dead when he was found, he might have escaped the horrific death Gaddafi suffered.
