Too bad for this deranged ideologue that one of Islam's greatest hypocrisies is the fact that Muslim men commonly engage in homosexual activity, but do not think of themselves as homosexuals. Indeed, they are publicly and violently opposed to it. In Islamic countries sexual abuse of young boys is endemic. However, as it is considered acceptable, no stigma attaches to it. Ask any troop coming back from Afghanistan.
