Clearly, the situation was "above his paygrade"! The sooner he is gone, the better!!!
Especially when the last debate is on Foreign Policy.
First thing Romney should say at the debate:
"Mr. President, whether I win the election or not, I [as an American Citizen] am OFFENDED by that statement. You owe me and the Americn Public an apology."
