That’s a dicey one. Any attorney will cry entrapment. I bet Obama could refer him to a Muslim attorney that could get the charges dropped.

Not a chance. To establish an entrapment defense, the defense needs to show that the defendant had no predisposition commit the crime. Here, the guy was actively trying to recruit people to join a terror cell, and (according to some reports, at least) "recruited" the undercover agent(s) he was "working with" on this plot. Hard to argue that he had no predisposition to commit the crime when he was the guy trying to recruit others to commit the crime.
