Does anyone have a screenshot or link to Obama’s sneer when Romney brought up Fast and Furious gun program? I thought it was the angriest look I have seen on a candidate’s face during a debate.
I agree with the consensus that the moderator was a horror show. She frequently let Obama get the last word in. It was Romney or Obama getting the question, one responds, and Obama gets the last word, happened on almost every question.
Many of the questions were layups for Obama. On the Benghazi question, I don’t see how the mainstream media can label this as a major missed opportunity by Romney, sure he could have attacked it stronger but he got in some major points on it and his time once again was cut short, you had Obama looking weak, begging Candy to stop the discussion and you can basically now cut an ad showing Obama lying about what he said on September 12.
I also thought that in many of the mano a mano exchanges Romney came across stronger than Obama.
Greta van Susterin had an interesting theory: If Romney had been smoother/more convincing on this point, it might be just one more item that the audience might or might not remember. But by stumbling somewhat, Romney ensured that all the talk shows are going to keep talking about the Obama administration's bizarre comments about the Benghazi attack (not to mention that he went to a Vegas fundraiser the same day as the attack). And Obama would probably like to avoid those subjects.

Romney needs to do this. Obama can’t get around it, because it is TRUE.
