Since when does the Dept of State operate in a vacuum separate from the White House and his czars? Commentators already told us Condi and Rob Portman shouldn't be V.P. picks because they were "tainted" by the Bush administration. Yet Hillary can screw things up and the Obama administration isn't tainted by her? If she doesn't tender her resignation, she hasn't "taken one for the team" yet. If Obama keeps her on staff, the buck stops with Obama.
