I didn't expect Ryan to confront Biteme on his behavior but I did expect him to look at the audience and either wink or groan or smirk. Some facial expression to let them know he thought Biteme was making a fool out of himself. Maybe make that little sign where you twirl your finger around on the side of your head and cross your eyes when you think someone is crazy. Yeah, that would have been disrespectful but Biteme deserved it! Would not have been Presidential. However, he DID handle it and brilliantly...."Mr. Vice President - I know you're under duress......"
