The very fact that they will not show his face convinces me it's a false flag operation and Getty images damn well is in on it. The caption describes the individual as

"A supporter of Republican presidential candidate, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and Republican vice presidential candidate U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI)"

On exactly what evidence does the reporter know that he is a supporter or either candidate? He would appear far more likely to be a support of Barack Obama. Just my opinion. It reminds me of the doctored and staged photographs that come out the Middle East depicting Israeli "atrocities".
