I had to laugh at Brit Hume et al who said Joe Biden is the nicest man and that his behavior last night was inappropriate. Sorry, Brit and others, if you’re nice you don’t act that way, even for your boss. Hell, you don’t even get involved with that POS in the first place, but Ol’ Joe will sell his “practicing Catholic” soul for power. gfyjb

Haven't heard anyone mention this, but Biden's "performance" made me think of my grandchildren and what I would wish them to learn from these debates. In that regard, what a sorry example for the youth of America Biden presented in how to discuss and debate principles and issues with an opponent!

As I stated on another thread today:

Considering that one of these men might, on a moment's notice, be required to sit with the leader of another nation contesting for liberty, every citizen who watched Biden should be seriously concerned.

Actually, in my opinion, there was little difference between Biden's performance and that of Obama, in that both were disrespectful and derisive. One's expression showed a sullen, resentful, petulant attitude. The other displayed an equally appalling disconnect between the seriousness of the discussion and emotional stability and expression.

Both were arrogant and may have underestimated the innate intelligence of millions of citizen/voters of the United States of America and their ability to recognize the difference between bravado and substance of character, respect for others, and seriousness of the challenges to America's liberty.

Rush may have people who cruise FR for show prep, but though I tried to ping them, they either didn't see it or passed me by.

The breathy Biden imitation Rush did before he went to break was one of the funniest things I’ve heard lately. I was laughing like a loon.

[ RUSH: So it was predictable that she was gonna do that, and she did it. I mean, you’ve seen the stats of how many interruptions and how many questions versus how many interruptions of questions for Biden. It was clearly stacked, clearly unfair, ]

You ain’t seen nothing yet.. wait until the Townhall debacle.. (next debate)..
Romney will get run over like an Armadillo in central Texas by a Peterbuilt..

Any comments afterward will be called “Sour Grapes”
You can see by the VeeP debate not how much outrage but how little is being done..
Martha was brilliant let Joe GO.. hamper Paul... just enough..
Theres no way she could be that accurate without “training” and rehearsals..
Except with the Townhall the stacked audience will cheer Zero and BOO Myth..

Only question is, is Myth in on it.. is he complicit?..
Will be take a “DIVE” in this debate the democrats “giving him” deny-abilty.. to the dive..

Mean Joe was very much the fact of the Democrat party last evening and its activists don't understand at all why anyone should find that objectionable. Rush is correct:

The Democrat base is made up of people who literally hate Republicans.

What is equally true is that what the country saw was very much the face of the mainstream media in Martha Raddatz - obviously biased, apparently oblivious to it, and actively working to promote her party. It was a stinging refutation of the claim that party preference doesn't bleed over into professional behavior. I get the sense that it dawned on some MSM types for the first time that this is what we've been complaining about for all this time. I don't get the sense they have any intention of doing anything about it.

Don't be surprised at Raddatz. I told you Raddatz was gonna behave as she did. It was in the cards. It was predictable. Ryan knew it. It isn't an excuse. You can get mad and you can say it was unfair, but, believe me, everybody else saw that it was unfair.

Everybody else saw that it was rude. Everybody else saw this is a stacked deck.

A stacked deck. That's a perfect description - the two goons - one MSM - one Dem operative - working over an honest man. Stacked against Ryan... goons working him over... the camera man was in on the fun. Little did he know the rest of us would see it differently...

Raddatz and Biden were in a contest to see who could interrupt Ryan the most...Biden won on being the rudest... all the dems - jerks. Even Raddatz. Every last one of 'em. Thanks ABC, you were what we expected.

I hope the Romney campaign takes advantage of this. Biden’s demeanor is a perfect example of why “government doesn’t work anymore”. It can’t work when one of the parties is led by a snearing condescending asshole.

You know, I am a person that openingly shows emotion. I am WYSIWYG, and do not have a poker face. I can understand being frustrated, angry, or passionate. However, VP Biden was just too over the top, and I wished his liberal buddies would quit making excuses for him.

IF Ryan had of behaved as poorly as Biden, they would be crucifiying him today.

Except for diehard - always vote dems - this behavior was a major turn off. I suspect that the true “undecided” will move towards Romney/Ryan.

If Romney can just hold his own for the next two debates...he has won this race. He just needs to remain loose and do the same as he did the first time.....polite but focussed and not distracted by Obama’s tactics.

IF Romney can get just a modest win on the next debate...then Obama will pull a Biden on the last one and really blow his chances of reelection.

Ryan did a good job and is to be commended.
